For example USA invaded Iraq but there is no hyperinflation ... even after invading Iran there might not be ... that is because the expenditures Iraq war was relatively too small compared to the USA economy. I'm doing this because ultimately, BOJ can monetize alot of debt and keep the rates low .... in the same way as FED did. But there is one thing they can not control so good and that is the value of their currency which should depreciate significantly.

I have no idea about that. It seems that the US tax code is really complicated one. Here in my country, we are not required to pay any tax on such purchases. They are just regular equity purchases.
