Since CELG does not sell biologics and managed to achieve reimbursement even in the UK with good pricing, I don't think it will be materially affetced by Obama's policy.

They paid almost 3 bil for Pharmion and also had some writedowns related to the acquisition. Other than that they were highly profitable.
btw, we should expect the same pattern this year, following m&a or business development activities

Indeed, I am very bullish on EXEL. I don't have any writeups on them, maybe later this year, if I have the time.
EXEL has so many shots on goal, with an excellent strategy of focusing on niche markets first, so the risk/reward ratio is quite compelling.
