Panta Capital is set up by an investment professional who previously was at a number of US hedge funds with >USD 7bn assets under management. He was responsible for USD 500m+ European book investments, with main focus on investment opportunities for long/short event driven and special situations investing. He established a strong track record and has extensive experience in event-driven investments (expected and announced M&A, spin-off, break-up, restructuring, stubs, de/releveraging, strategic review, relative value, propco-opco & distressed special situations). He graduated cum laude from London School of Economics (LSE) in London with an MSc in Finance and obtained a Commercial Economics Degree from University of Leuven in Belgium and the Bankinstitute in Zurich, Switzerland.
