My personal TP is $4 - if/when we get there, I'll have to re-evaluate based on how the company will look like, at that stage. I still see several risks, but I believe this target may be achievable, assuming some decent developments in the next few months. A sale of the company is always a possibility, but I'd rather be wrong and happy with a quick profit than base my investing strategy on this single event.
Not too worried about KBS, but I somehow believe losing that business could cause another sell off - see what happened yesterday when KBS announced a suspended dividend, Gramercy seems to be associated just with bad news, and the stock was hit.

I had a quick look at the charts, and could not find it, too.
After a couple of years, I do not really remember at what stage of the day meeting it was mentioned, to be honest... you might try asking I/R, including if they have an updated number, which they might mention at the next analyst meeting/conference, if they can not reference you to a disclosed number.
In all honesty, while "making Asia and Europe easy" for US based companies was a great idea a few years ago, I believe right now it is also the other way around (helping European and Asian companies getting closer to their US based customers). European and Asian markets for colocation seem much stronger now, just out of domestic demand.
Any special reason why this metric is so important to you?
Immersion Corporation: Will Its Haptic Technology Become Part Of Most Smartphones? [View article]
Good question - that's the elephant in the room, someone buying the company for its IP at a relatively low price, given the company's potential. A few problems: the settlements with MSFT and SONY gave them access to the company's IP, which lowers IMMR attractiveness. Automotive, medical, etc. are probably beyond GOOG's territory. Worth keeping an eye on this possibility, too.
Immersion (IMMR +10.5%) is spiking higher following reports the next iPad will feature advanced haptic feedback technology from rival Senseg. Apple's big event starts at 1PM ET (live blog). [View news story]
IMMR has a licensing business model, based on a royalty-per-unit fee for the mobility sector (and potentially making some money from gaming and app producers using their haptics IP as well). Any OEM win potentially translates into high margin revenues.

Thanks for your comment, RJ. I tend to believe that more players in the sector (Starbuck, Mc Donalds, etc.) should mainly validate Jamba's proposition... to me the turnaround is worth a look, although the road may still be bumpy.

SimpleStuff,
thanks for your nice comments and your insight. This definitely different from what was happening 10 years ago, however investors got hurt that badly when the bubble burst that some concerns may be justified.
As an investor, I am trying to get advantage of what I believe is a strong technology trend, without forgetting about risks (data center oversupply) and stock multiples (as growth will slow down, the market will probably react to this new scenario).

I stand corrected, loss was worse than consensus - hopefully the company will soon turn a profit and give me the possibility to write "less than expectations" (just kidding).

first of all thanks for all your commentary on the Yahoo and IH MBs about the company.

Not looking for more "buying opportunities", I'd be happy with a steady up move... ;-)

declining revenues are a large negative for Wall Street, and the company should now be behind the worst phase (re-franchising).
2012 should be key to attract attention from investors - assuming, obviously, that management continues to execute well against its plans.

In short, Equinix's AFFO equivalent should be about $12 in 2012, and REIT multiples could represent a different angle to evaluate the company.

I agree, and would probably change that into: Location, Connectivity, Ecosystems (one cross connect away from business partners).
