Patricia Lenkov is the Founder and CEO of Agility Executive Search. A well known name in New York executive search firm circles, Ms. Lenkov also served in the Board of Directors Practice at Spencer Stuart and spent six and a half years with Heidrick & Struggles where she conducted C-level and board searches for such companies as: Harris Corporation, IKON Office Solutions, Tomkins PLC and BellSouth Corporation.

Throughout her executive search industry career, her diverse duties lead her to structure full boards for pre-IPO companies, spinouts and divestitures. Ms. Lenkov has also conducted cross border recruitment of directors and CEO’s for major European and Canadian companies and has lead in conducting senior management assignments for Xerox, Seagram’s, Citadel Investment Group and AlliedSignal Inc (now Honeywell International Inc.).

Before joining the executive search industry Ms. Lenkov served as a Quebec Regional Sales Manager for a Silicon Valley based company and has held a variety of sales and marketing positions in both Canada and the US. Prior to this, she was the Assistant Director of the MBA Program at Concordia University, one of Canada’s most dynamic and innovative universities with approximately 44,000 students.

Active in her community, Patricia is involved with The Young Women’s Leadership Foundation as well as The Blue Card, Inc. She serves diligently on the Family Advisory Council of the Komansky Center for Children’s Health at New York-Presbyterian Hospital Weill Cornell Medical Center and is on the Board of Directors of Temple Israel of New York City. She is also a Parents Association Committee Chair at The Collegiate School.

Ms. Lenkov holds a BA (with Distinction) in Psychology from McGill University and an MBA from Concordia University. She resides in Manhattan with her husband, daughter and twin boys.
