    • DAG1996: any contributors listening, we need some write-ups on better commercial REIT choices. just lost trust in CXS dumping first break even chance

    • Patrick Harden: CXS probably cut their dividend because they screwed up their accounting and their credit assumptions were incorrect.

    • DAG1996: fair enough. there are plenty of CFOs and accountants out there who know what they're doing... i'd prefer to own the REITs they work at
