    They are likely in the same boat (so to speak).

    I like them because they have 28 VLCCs which have a cost advantage in operation but a cap 1/2 of FRO (30 VLCCs).

    While I wouldn't buy them, they are not my choice for a short either with a forward p/e at 1/2 FRO's.
