    • taxman100: The interesting thing will be the 2nd quarter distribution should be lower, so I"m mulling over how to play any volatility on that.

    • taxman100: I believe Northern Tier Holdings LLC are the "owners'" of the company that took equity when Northern Tier Energy LLC went public.

    • Philip Trinder: No, Northern Tier Holdings LLC was owner of 100% of NTI equity that sold part of it in the IPO, part in Jan 13, and will sell more soon
