I dont think I mentoined anywhere I sold Apple. I'd be really out of my mind to take a $30 hit in stock price and then sell.
I have all my positions. I have some nice shorts in FSLR and CRM as well so I'm all set.

I dont want to respond to every point in your comment. Instead of saying things about me, look at my track record since the beginning of the year and my stock recommendations and when i have made them.
When you do the math, you'll see the 42% seems pretty amateur in comparison.

Scaling Back On My Suntech Power Position

Good observation. I have noted the same on my blog. I think this stock will go down to 50 before any upward movement. It has gone too up too much in the past 2 weeks alone, and I believe it will go down further after earnings, like JA Solar.
Right now the safest play in solar is LDK Solar, due to an almost 50% reduction in stock price recently

I have clearly stated the reasons. The Olympics will see a lot of electricity being generated using solar energy, and most of it will be from PV cells. STP being the largest supplier of PV cells, will get the bulk of the business.
