I have written a How-To book called "Dividend Growth Investing", and have recently launched a website, http://www.dividendgrowthinvesting.com. The book teaches investors how to find and evaluate companies as to whether they wouuld make good future dividend growers. But both ideas, finding prospects and evaluating their prospects could use refinement. I am still struggling with each. I have 25 years experience learning various aspects of the securities industry, and current serve as a FINRA arbitrator. The website, http://www.dividendgrowthinvesting.com, is a paid subscription site giving lots of information about using dividends to beat inflation and creating safe income streams that grow at the rate of 8% to 10% per year. The website gives a model portfolio and monthly newsletter to subscribers, along with explanations of what I am doing and why I am doing it. Each month, there is a small educational article about some aspect of dividend growth investing.
