  • Google: Current Dip A Gold Mine For Investors [View article]
We have not used Yahoo finance resources and we dont recommend investors to use them because they are faulty at times. Forward PE multiples can vary with earnings forecasts and we are using Earning Estimates of couple of sell side firms.

  • Johnson & Johnson - A Stock For Dividend Investors Only, No Capital Appreciation Expected [View article]
As far as the dividend safety is concerned, we have no doubts as mentioned in the article and even in the title. However, if you are targeting growth, one can find better plays in the pharma sector. Thanks

  • Johnson & Johnson - A Stock For Dividend Investors Only, No Capital Appreciation Expected [View article]
Well you can buy other pharma stocks having a similar growth profile and are offered cheaply, and with better dividend yields. AZN is one. Are you buying for dividends or growth? Maybe we can help better in that case. Thanks

  • U.S. Steel Can Double In A Bullish Scenario [View article]
We are waiting for a clear bottom in steel before recommending a short term buy in X. Its the most cyclical steel stock because of its high fixed coat structure. In the short term you can go for STLD and NUE

  • Intel Earnings Review: More Doubts Over PC Growth [View article]
Thank you for your feedback. I agree with you on most point. The primary concern should be Margins and how much & quickly can Intel account for slowdown in PC growth, from its Mobile initiative. We are also bullish on long term prospects of Intel but '57%' is a worrisome figure and it remains unclear how it will impact future valuations. There is another aspect most analyst are ignoring: what impact will increased competition in smartphone industry will have on vendor margins? We believe that there is a very good chance that as growth in smartphone industry normalizes vendor margins will improve. Why? because its usually normal for industries to focus more on 'capability based differentiation' as 'brand based differentiation' begins to dim. So as bargaining power of vendors will increase, so will the vendor margins.

  • Buy IBM To Benefit From Rising Software Profitability [View article]
If the stock is bid up tomorrow at open, you can buy and use today's low as your stp loss level for a short term trade. If you are a long term investor this dip (below $200) is a good entry point.

  • Vringo: Winning Against Google Is The Only Solution [View article]
Even updating the share count figures will not have any impact on the perspective about this company. According to the most quarterly statement available the equity is in negative numbers and liabilities out weigh the assets. There is not reason for the stock to trade around $5 except speculation of a positive outcome from Google vs. Vringo. The outcome of patent infringements is almost impossible to predict and that in my perspective makes this a gamble stock. I have already written about the brilliant and relevant team behind the case. That too only improves their chances of winning the case but does give a guarantee that it will. If you have a heavy risk appetite go for it.

  • Buy Tesla As Model X Gets Government Support [View article]
Tesla has already announced that it will not meet its production target and the stock fell on this news. Therefore, the stock has already factored in the slow production news. Yes there are concerns regarding 2013 production of 20,000 Model S cars. But one can sense that had Tesla not been on 2013 target, Tesla would have announced the delay for 2013 on the same day as well.
The profits depend on the production rate. Everyone knows and admits that Model S is in high demand and therefore it is the supply issue and not the demand issue that has tinted the stock price. Given that the production looks according to the target, profits will be made in 2013.

  • Citigroup Remains A Buy Despite The Earnings Miss [View article]
Thank you for commenting on the article. At the end of the first paragraph and in the first table, we have clearly mentioned the positive surprise after excluding the one time item. The disclosure at the beginning of the article also tells that we have no positions in the stock and plan to have no positions in the next 72 hours. Also, if you read the title and the rest of the article, it says we are bullish on the stock. Thanks

  • Good Times Ahead For Nokia Investors [View article]
Considering the cash reserves its has (more than 50% of market cap), we dont think it will be in a situation where cash burn is large enough to lead to equity/debt offerings, thanks
