    • Ashraf Eassa: Markets too toppy. Would wait for a broader correction.

    • Regarded Solutions: some stocks are correcting, no?

    • Ashraf Eassa: I mean, right now the "good" stuff - JNJ, T, VZ, etc. - is all still very pricey. Need a lot of broad market pessimism to buy, imo.

    • Regarded Solutions: well, I have been around too long to let a good sale go by without at least buying just a bit.

    • Ashraf Eassa: What size blocks do you buy these stocks in?

    • realornot: what sort of dry powder are you using???

    • Stephen J Melnykevich: I mostly use gold bond or just plain old talc.

    • Regarded Solutions: @ashraf.....I buy 1/4 of what I want with a dip like this....so if my goal is 100 shares, I will buy 25 and wait for another dip if it comes

    • Regarded Solutions: I use Johnson & Johnson of course, silly!

    • Ashraf Eassa: I like 1/4th myself. Thanks for the input, RS.

    • kolpin: I spent a little dry powder on friday, but now that the market is on a downward trend, I will wait a beat. don't want to run out of powder!

    • Shelby Cardozo: Always room for more downside and more dry powder. $OMI looking close to good.
