REIT Wrecks, hosted on www.reitwrecks.com, is a product of the mortgage maelstrom and the investment opportunities it has created in the REIT stocks and commercial real estate debt and equity.

The author has 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, most recently as an Executive Director in the Structured Finance Group of a large investment bank. He now owns and manages a portfolio of multifamily real estate. REIT Wrecks combines a love of writing, a passion for investing, and extensive technical knowledge of the capital markets, including securitizations, conduits and commercial mortgage backed debt and equity.
