Our goal is also to leverage lightweight business models so we offer low-cost access to our content via subscription and digital delivery. Consistent with modern qualities of open source and authenticity we also make a great deal of our content freely available via email, web and blog. Production values are important to us and we strive to deliver provocative and engaging commentary that has been well thought out, grounded in fact and presented clearly. Research 2.0 also publishes the Web 20 index and distributes web-based information and analysis tools.
