Three Cash Bargain Stocks

CIEN is selling for nearly half of what it was after the worst of the tech bust. Its earnings for 6 quarters (except the last) have been solid, almost remarkable, for a tech poster child. It's dropped nearly 90% from its recent high, making it incredibly cheap on a TTM P/E basis (excluding last quarter), to say nothing about the other merits posited in this article. It has already restructured, and does not have the tens of billions of dollars of goodwill to write off as it did during the tech bust. Unless this really is the end of the world, this stock looks incredibly cheap right now. I've been in and out of this one for the past 5 years, and finally see a buy-and-hold price. Future short term earnings look bleak, but it seems analysts have finally lowered estimates to a more reasonable level.

BTW, I am pumping this stock...I've been in for over a month now, plan on long term hold. If it falls further, I will DCA it down.
