    Netflix hasn't accounted for studio deals they have signed, thus buffing up current earnings at expense to the future.

    I can't stand DirectTV, they always overcharged us, made us pay $5 for a phone call, etc.
    As for Netflix, there is an excellent article about the competition they face here. All these companies are bidding against each other for programming ...

    Why didn't Lycos/ Ken bring this up earlier, why wait 15 years? A fair question that any judge might ask (regardless of Google being a big customer)
    Google kicks butt because it innovates. No chance Google is going to zero.

    I don;t trust a single Chinese company, their numbers, or even their cash, (likely made in North Korea)
    That said, I don't know or use Baidu well enough to plunk down any $$ in it.
    Google is an innovative company, continually making themselves better, unlike Yahoo, as Google becomes a portal they will eat away at Yahoo's mkt share

    Still don't trust China
