10-Year Note - (1.946) Annual, daily and semiannual value levels are 1.981, 2.011, 2.476 and 3.063 with a monthly pivot at 1.945, and weekly and semiannual risky levels at 1.677 and 1.413.

Comex Gold - ($1364.7) My weekly value level is 1318.1 with a daily pivot at $1378.4, and monthly, annual, semiannual, quarterly and annual risky levels at $1566.7, $1599.9, $1719.2, $1808.3 and $1852.1.

Nymex Crude Oil - ($96.02) Weekly, monthly and quarterly value levels are $93.99, $88.34 and $79.66 with a daily pivot at $95.46, and annual risky level at $115.23.

The Euro - (1.2835) Semiannual and quarterly value levels are 1.2797 and 1.2169 with daily and weekly pivots at 1.2811 and 1.2951, and annual and monthly risky levels at 1.3257 and 1.3597.

New highs continue for the major equity averages, and the Nasdaq ended last week just 2.4% below its semiannual risky level at 3583. The other major averages are well above their semiannual levels at 14,323 Dow Industrials, 1566.9 S&P 500, 5955 Dow Transports and 965.51 Russell 2000. This reflects how overbought stocks have become. As stocks move higher they become more overvalued and more overbought, particularly given the rise in the 30-Year US bond yield to 3.17% from 3.10% a week ago. The ValuEngine Valuation Warning intensified with 71.7% of all stocks overvalued and with 33.9% overvalued by 20% or more.
