Richard T. Woon is a transactional attorney practicing in the Silicon Valley in the practice areas of real estate, land use and financial services. In addition to the practice of law, Richard previously maintained a real estate brokerage practice representing and advising local urban infill residential and mixed use developers on the acquisition of developments and commercial properties. In addition to his law degree, Mr. Woon holds a master's degree in Business Administration and a bachelor’s degree in economics.
