Latest installment in the $100K portfolio. $AMZN looking good so far. Might need $AAPL to slow a tad temporarily- http://seekingalpha.com/a/7isd

    • Rocco Pendola: Thanks, Bud. NFLX defies all logic and expectations. Pretty fun to watch.

    • budlaw1: Is it really logic?, or, just plain hopeful sentiment, on the part of some investor's. You know, root for the underdog, against all odds.

    • budlaw1: I like your assessment of NFLX, being fun to watch. Yep, as long as none of my money is at risk. Like watching a dog fight, is fun?, NOT!

    • budlaw1: I happen to like Dogs, or, all animals, for that matter. Ya, day trading is fun, for some folks, I like the "steady eddie" type, myself.

    • Rocco Pendola: I actually agree on the "steady eddie" thing. I was referring more to the story which is quite dynamic. It's a historical marker in media.

    • budlaw1: Oh ya! Bernard Madoff, knew how to wow the crowd, didn't he? Sort like falling nose first onto the pavement, vowing not to do that again.

    • budlaw1: It may be 2012, but, 2008, still brings plenty of sting, to my memory. You have to learn from the past, or, you may repeat it, again.

    • budlaw1: Captain of Costa Concordia, defied all logic. 595 million $ ship, never to sail, again. That's against all expectations, for sure.

    • budlaw1: It went great guns, for six yrs. 595 mill, plus, oh, another 400 mill in cleanup/ lawsuits, is that too much to lose? 17 dead, thus far.
