    From a big picture standpoint, I agree all ETF is not ideal. Investors should seek the best tool for each part of the market they want to own.

    Might be an ETF, OEF, whatever.

    Geoff, apologies if I got a couple of the details upside down. So foreign and emerging is or is not a bubble in your opinion? If you think bubble i still vehemently disagree. It would be easy to make an argument for them being over extended and would not disagree. But bubble is just flat out wrong.
