    Galicianova, sorry to be slow in response, just busy with other things right now.

    But, yes this is disappointing. It paid the December dividend but struggles to rise above $23.00. Our other discounted preferreds have done much better in approaching their $25 par.

    I'm still long, it next goes ex at the end of March and I hope to see RSO preferreds trade up.

    The whole of your presentation demonstrates that VTR is trading at a significant sector, market and historic discount. The article's title "Right Now Is the Wrong Time To Be Buying Healthcare REITs" is in complete contradiction to that evidence.

    When would be the right time to buy VTR?

    Full disclosure: We're recently very long VTR (all sub $57), I really admire this company and its accomplishments, but others in the sector (OHI, MPW) were demonstrably better values until the last few weeks.

    It's more a Seeking Alpha editorial error, as opposed to your error, but you bracketed Return on Invested Capital (ROIC) like it was a ticker symbol, which it actually is - ROIC is the ticker symbol for Retail Investment Opportunities Corp.

    I only caught the mistake because I was running a data search on VTR, which happens to be the most oversold, mispriced equity in today's market.
