Thanks blue - more on the website
no taxes in the calculation.. to many differences between states / local and federal governments to calculate an estimate
Loads of good discussion - keep it up.

I also have one of the certificates you mentioned :-)
Some conference calls are better than others... I think they are competent.
Just remember - by the time there are fueling stations around the United States - the investment opportunity will be OVER. Now is the time to do something.
In my opinion it is all about the infrastructure. Once the infrastructure is built - demand will continue to grow. The "risk" is a collapse in the price of oil combined with higher natural gas prices - this would halt the infrastructure build out.
Any mixture will just effect payback period. The differential between nat gas and diesel will remain.
Good Article - Our stock letter has been buying ZNGA - Check out our home page for more (see the Weekend Update Jan 4, 2013) In January we took a trade with 20c of risk with the potential to make $2+ - over a 10 : 1 ratio.

Have to add Callon Petroleum to my list - 200 million market cap. Thanks.
This Seeking Alpha article here - talks about CHK Permian asset sales - http://seekingalpha.co...
Caution - wait for $21 again.. lots of relative weakness.... might be time to sit for a bit. FWIW
In our newsletter we recommended selling 1/3 of any position (ours had been acquired late May / 1st week of June 2012) for $37+ not quite the top - but close.
Technically this stock is broken and start-up companies w/o cash-flow/profits can fall far. Sit tight for now. Sector is still my favorite macro play.
As we have been mentioning in our trading blog at our home page RulingTheMarkets com - the chart of Westport Innovations has been turning bearish. Any holder, following our opinions published at our web site, has been liquidating their position. Today's chart break-down only confirms what we have been discussing.
Nothing has changed with the fundamental picture of natural gas - but the technical chart of WPRT is bearish. Better to sit on sidelines for a bit.

I believe you are correct - nice piece of work.
At RulingTheMarkets.com we have been acquiring YPF shares on dips for the last few months (see our trading blog for more recent updates). We believe, like the author, there is value to be had in Argentina's crown jewel - even if the political system within the country is a mess (its been mess for years - so whats new?).
Additionally the discussions with China, Chevron and Gazprom are all positive developments.
The amount of shale within Argentina could be enormous. A huge potential upside for any partner.

we have added a few comments to our NUS / NUSMF see our home page.
The news Monday of NUS desire for a $100 million capital / partner - makes the near term uncertain - We post updates at rulingthemarkets - as we did Monday when this news came out - check us out.
GE needs Chart........imo - Not the other way around...
dharmaman - hindsight is 20/20 but try to always have a stop loss mentally in your mind - this would have at least allowed you the opportunity to cut-your-losses and "re-enter" at a later date - At rulingthemarkets.com we cut our losses and buy in several blocks - thereby limiting risk. I hope it works out for you. If the PNG government cooperates and gold prices remain high, you should be just fine. Good Luck
I agree - but you need to start somewhere. Both companies have the real potential to have billion dollar run-rates in the near future.
Westport - rules the natural gas engine market. The performance of a traditional natural gas engine is limited - torque curve looks like a "table top" - Westport's patents provide a significant competitive advantage. We have a report available at rulingthemarkets.com to subscribers.
We speak from the same book :-)
We don't need the government - they just screw things up.
Payback period is mostly dependent on 2 things - the first being, as you point out, the cost differential. The second however - and a much bigger factor is the annual mileage number. Check RulingTheMarkets dot com - we have a lengthy natural gas report available to subscribers.
Our "Weekend Update" newsletter at RulingTheMarkets.com has lot of WPRT information - including access to our 17 page report.
Don't lose interest - as long as the above chart holds - they are going to make a ton of money - eventually

Thanks for the commets. WPRT up up and away...
Sell to open 10 - Jan 13 - "16.00" strike price for $1.70 each
Thanks for the comments.
