Since you appear to believe I am spreading false rumors, please fill out a whistleblower complaint with the SEC. They have a nice Starbucks downstairs from the Washington DC office.

I agree that Pedersen is entitled to do anything he wanted with his stock, as long as he played by the rules.

Can't predict if the SEC will get involved in the issue. Also, can't predict the outcome of class action lawsuits. In any case, as I said in the article, I personally believe this whole issue could have been easily avoided if ZAGG and/or Pedersen had been more transparent early on.

They really don't have to answer the questions because I already know the answers.

I've been following the situation, but do not have the time and resources to do any work on it. All the best!

The shorts did not make Pedersen pledge his stock.

It's hard to judge the lawsuit from the initial complaint. If the lawsuit is approved for class action status and a lead counsel is appointed, there will be an amended complaint. At that point I suggest taking another look to make a better evaluation of the lawsuit's merits. In any case, the process of defending them is costly and/or time consuming.

Hopefully ZAGG will be more forthcoming in the future about all the facts behind Pedersen's resignation.

Pedersen should have been truthful to the Salt Lake Tribune and said his resignation was due to his margin call or not commented at all until the conference call. He was evasive by not disclosing the issue. The fact that ZAGG had to clarify his comments shows that he was less than truthful.

    It's "odd" to choose Pedersen?

    Hi Richard:

    Thank you.

It's amusing that a convicted white-collar felon has to convince investors that lying or misleading comments by company executives are wrong.

    Regards,

    Sam

Are you telling this convicted felon that's it's ok to lie to investors to "save face"?
