honestly, no, because I dont like Vibex QST. I cant say in 2014 -- if company does not get too agressive with QST, considering other factors that loko mentions, perhaps, 12 a share or so.

its basically shares in reserve, or "on the shelf" which means the Outstanding shares and market cap is not effected -- yet. if they choose to register those shares to sell, it will be a "shelf offering."

and if management can now stop doing things like asking for more additional "shelf shares" ATRS will do well, but u will see that I am correct about $ATRS being bought out before October this year.

a vote of no should be the correct vote. Antares management has guided that they do not need anymore money as per the former vibex mtx does not need a ton of money for marketing. It concerns me that the company wants to have additional "shelf" shares.

Well i dont see the data as barely better, and i think my articles and others have proven this point. Again, if you are " really" a doctor, u should know that if a drug causes terrible side effects, patients cut down and/or stop all together. So let's say for arguments' sake Sutent has far better efficacy than Tivo - would if matter if patients stop taking Sutent because of these side effects? As a Doctor you say you are, u should know just how important patient compliance is in regard to quality of prolonged life. With a PFS as Doctors with this trial stating " the best we have seen" your bear thesis is weak at best because the drug is just about assured to be approved as a 2nd line therapy ( which could see huge uptake because of patients cutting down or stopping drugs like Sutent all together) further more, with other indications such as I have mentioned, on the business end, company receives a lot of money upon approval of Tivo to advance a pivotal P3 for the much higher monetary market diseases. This is where " shorts" tend to get blown out of the market, = failure to understand business models and overall valuations.

What kind of Doctor are you exactly? serious question here.

Crowded space of highly toxic untolerable for RCC patient drugs. But you said that Tivo was "poorly active" you have not made the case for this using the data.

its already been explained in my article why sora did better. did I not make that clear? its a crossover, sora arm was allowed 67% cross over to tivo.

read this article carefully - http://seekingalpha.co...

U could short the gap, but be advised, AVEO get a lot of money from Astellas and plans to initiate a pivit P3 for tivo addressing triple negative breast cancer -- untapped huge market. remember, u should know as a doctor that when patients do not tolerate a drug, they cut back on dosing, or stop all together. Tivo has the best compliance seen, I am not buying tivo for RCC approval, its the platform, money position from Astellas, and pivital for triple neg breast cancer.

im sure a gap gets sold, just be careful not to get greedy on the short there. same advice to you - dont marry your short :) best of luck!

ETRM was a a mis understanding of weight loss data and me being over hyped, thinking it was going to " the moon" I will likely play the run up, then buy calls to hold thru.

Now Doc, please refute the thesis and defend your position why tivo is inferior to sora and "poorly active" thanks!

With respect to safety, the adverse event profile of tivozanib was superior to sorafenib. Dose reductions were needed in 11.6% of the tivozanib group versus 42.8% of the sorafenib group (P<.001); interruptions occurred in 17.8% of the tivozanib group versus 35.4% of the sorafenib group (P<.001); and discontinuations occurred in 4.2% of the tivozanib group versus 5.4% of the sorafenib group. Overall, there were fewer drug-related adverse events in the tivozanib arm: 67.6% versus 83.3%.
