Scott M. Weitz is the Maning Partner of Weitz Law Firm, PLLC, and a Principal of the Kalispell Capital, a private equity group focusing on the acquisition of distressed assets. Mr.Weitz is an active member of the Washington and Arizona State Bar Associations, as well as the United States District Court. Mr. Weitz is a graduate of the W.P Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. He later obtained his Juris Doctorate, and an LLM in Taxation from the University of Washington.
