I've studied economics and political science at the University of Amsterdam and have been an economics professor for 17 years there. I've been a board member of the Amsterdam School of International Relations and also taught at the Amsterdam Law School. My fields of interest are the knowledge economy business strategy and organization. I've been interested in the financial markets for 20 years and have been a columnist for a financial website in The Netherlands.
