    Burgerray,

Great on Google. Its starting to attract my attention along with Apple. I had a meeting and missed the $590's. I'm sure I'll get another opportunity in the near term. I agree on Dec. Apple has a lot of new and updated toys for the holiday season. Continued success.

    sept2749,

I agree with you. Apple is a good buy at this price and the big guys will wait for the price time and buy more of Apple.

    mrfisher11,

Smart trade. I wasn't online when after hours it tanked. There will always be more opportunities. Anyways, congrats on a well executed round trip.

    jcfghl,

The pawn price is just to keep me levelheaded about a stocks price and lot let WS hype machine cloud my better judgement. Apple was once a $5,$6,$7 stock. I avoid consensus thinking. The real money is in contrarian. When Apple was at $7 the consensus was that it was a bad investment. The contrarian's who did not listen to the consensus made a fortune.

Thanks for all the comments. Please understand I'm positive about Apple. My article was to inform and enlightened the shareholders who saw their beloved investment Apple lose more than $100/share and for those looking to buy Apple at a lower entry point then a month ago. The pawn price is just a way for me to remain level headed about the real price of any stock. Emotions have no place in matters of money and investment of capital.
I held off on purchasing any shares of Apple yesterday, because it did not dip into the high $500's. I'm expecting it to drop. How much I have no idea. When the drop stops or I see an event that will cause the price to settle and start moving up I will take a position and as I advise those holding shares I will buy an equal number of puts to protect my Apple investment.
I want to address large drops in any stock in a span of a few days, weeks or even a month.
Everyone blames Mutual Funds and Hedge Funds. But they are so heavily monitored, scrutinized and regulated by the SEC that they are required to file on a quarterly basis and if its a large enough position a much sooner filing. My theory is that Sovereign Wealth Funds using multiple off shore accounts are the real culprit in these large movements in a stock price. They are not under any obligation other than their own to state any positions they may take or exit. The other problem we face as small investors is program trading that trigger sell orders in masses when certain trigger points are activated. I saw that with ARNA stock a few months ago. It tanked right before my eyes and I was lucky enough to add to my small starting position. Those that had large positions were wiped out or took heavy losses. Which is why I recommend stop losses and puts on any investments that are high risk. Apple right now is high risk. I never use to use stop losses or puts, but stocks no longer are stable investments due to program trading and off shore trading and options.
Last words, if you comment please take the time to read my article and to understand what I'm trying to express. Most glanced at my article and then made absurd comments or made comments that agreed with my article yet mocked my article. These really made me laugh because They were attacking and making fun of themselves. I will treat you as you treat me. I'm a reactive person. If I'm treated with respect you will get respect if you treat me negatively I won't stand for it like other writers here.
Anyways, I think Apple is a tremendous buy at these prices, I just don't like the volatility in it at present. If it drops into $570 or less you might see program trading kicking in on the sell side. If that occurs I will definitely jump in head first. Have a great weekend.

    Genog,

I use total assets and total liabilities. Please see Bill's comments at the start to see the correct assets and liabilities. As I stated earlier I was going back and forth between annual and quarterlies and posted and used the annuals. Anyways, the consensus is Apple has $100 billion.

    jocca,

i agree with you and that $100 billion gives them lots of time to go where others can't save for Google or MS.

    MintyFresh32,

So will I, Ho, Ho, Ho!!!

Whether you except the pawn price or not its what bankruptcy courts use, foreclosure auctioneers and pawn brokers. I use it to ground me on the price of a stock.

    dapizz,

1.) I'm not looking to drive anything down. I see an opportunity and calling everyone's attention to it. Apple is cheap at this price and if it goes lower today or in coming days it will be a gift to those that buy and hold till next quarter at the latest. You belittle me for saying what your saying?

2.) I say Apple will snap back from this and any drops from quarterlies and you attack me for this?

3.) what is better than Apple's own financials?

4.) I did the article to alert others in Apple not to panic sell and for those wanting to get into Apple that now would be a great time to take a serious look at this great company and all you do is misquote and misrepresent what I stated in the article.

read my article again and your comments and judge yourself.
