Then we'll have to agree to disagree, James. I don't wish to debate this any further with you.

James, I'd be careful with "money in the bank" wrt 1032 - it's unclear to me that there's enough market potential to even justify clinical development. And while 1033 may be distinct, 1031 wasn't impressive enough to encourage me towards optimism at this point.

We'll see, though. I've just never found any alpha in over-estimating the pipeline value of an early-stage biotech.

And you think Nucleic Acids Research is a significant or prestigious journal? God, you really don't know a damn thing that you're yammering on about. Thank you for so thoroughly discrediting yourself, though. It was good for a laugh.

How often do you really ever see a reason given? Unless they're leaving for another job, retiring, or quitting for health reasons, usually they're pretty vague.

And from my experiences on the consulting side, I can say that mutual non-disparagement clauses are pretty common when there are breaks. "We won't say you got fired for incompetence or fondling a secretary, and you don't say anything bad about us".

Well, he was there a long time and I know there's been a lot of investor frustration w/ the company. I suppose it boils down to what it always boils down to - if the next guy is better, it's a good move.

Paul, the Phase 2 studies were junk. If this were a drug for any other disease state (ie, not one with $5B+ sales potential), I doubt that bapi would have ever gone into Ph 3.

I have no need to waste my time going point by point with you, for you'll simply respond with even more nonsensical ravings. Your allegation of "Illumina controlled media" amply demonstrates that you are a kook and discredits whatever else you may have to say.

You truly have no idea what you're talking about, and your ranting reveals your desperation. Hope and conspiracy theories aren't investment strategies.
