I retired from Procter & Gamble in 2009 after 30+ years in R&D. One of my retirement activities is honing my investing skills. I divide my focus among dividend investing, beating a benchmark (ACWI) with long stocks using relative strength, and I am learning options strategies to use with a small percentage of our portfolio. I have a strong conservative bias in my investing. I'd rather target a "lower" return and "know" I'll hit it than shoot for the stars and miss.
