    when pigs fly. the loans will still be underwater. the bank is putting off for five years a new crisis point.

    this plan is not good.

    i just listed some properties on the california / nevada border. as i am buy another property at a short sale price, i listed these at a short sale price. evidently, the realtors do not want to accept listings at this time and are trying to convince potential sellers not to sell. if what is happening to me is happening in the worst hit locations across the usa, then the overall magnitude of the backlog of homes is being artificially suppressed by the realtors.
