    hello......

    if bofa and wells are accepting script, this is the governments face saving way of backing california. after all both bofa and wells are too big to fail - and i suspect there has been some winks, handshakes and kisses in washington.

    hope somebody recorded the conversations this time.

    i would guess that a sizable portion of the stimulus will not be spent as the states will not be in a position to manage the spending.

    we need a stimulus for the stimulus.

    seriously, you cannot throw out bullshit and call it steak. both the government and the Fed are saying recovery is in view. if it is, no more stimulus is necessary.
