    The Bakken should receive Federal support as much as any other project. Here there are up to 500 billion barrels and already barrel produced for barrel invested is as high as 6 to 1. Canadian producers are consistently getting 4, and 5, and 6 to 1 re-cycle ratios.

    The US has 75 percent of the trend within its borders. The geology is complex but far less so than a solution for kerogen extraction. Also, producers in the Bakken are inventing new ways to control water usage and damage to the land from brackish water.

    The Bakken adds up to America's "Realistic" un-tapped resource.
