    I appreciate your opinions Hammer. But let me ask you, suppose I am a TEVA investor (I am not actually) what is in it for me? now matter how much cash TEVA have. If they refuse to increase their dividend and their stock price doesnt appreciate? What capital appreciation do you see by 2013 end?

    Hammer with a P/E of 6 and growth of 2.%, whats TEVAs PEG?. Investors pay anything above a P/E of 1, for future growth.

    Yes these buybacks are good news. I think the healthcare sector should pick up slack from QE3, but than there is the issue of year end tax, which is valid in its own right. In terms of Price Target, I think a P/e of 12 should be reasonable, i.e. target price of $25.9 for December end sounds reasonable.

    Shikes, I don't see any solid catalyst for a pullback in the short run, the fiscal cliff doesn't affect pfizer like it affects other companies e.g. consumer.
