OTC products have a huge market no doubt, we will have to see how the venture goes. TEVA has been trying to jump start growth but its still at a very poor 3% and sellside is expecting negative growth by 2017. I would rather see TEVA return as much value to shareholders as possible and I believe thats their plan finally. Either way the stock does have a significant upside.

I think the primary issue with TEVA is the lack of capital appreciation, the stock has appreciated only 2.5% in the last year. The company is mature much like pfe, msft, and this conference shows TEVA and investors are finally on the same page.

I think, as my article says. TEVA must have kept an ace up its sleeve and a dividend hike makes sense, esp when you look at their cash position and CFO. Even if the dividend is delayed, I see it nearing industry average in FY2013. With little or no capital appreciation, its doesnt make sense to own TEVA otherwise and the management knows that.
