what im hearing now is that the board is in prep to hire an investment bank to open up its books to suitors for DD. before, the board was entrenched, and I heard a hostile was prepared to offer over 19 a share to the shareholders, i.e, bid it up in the open market, get tendered shares from the 90 percent Institutional owners. so if what I am hearing is correct, then a FRIENDLY buy out offer would carry better premium, so 23- 25 a share is more in line :) have a nice weekend!

Causes tumors in rodents (beneign or malignant doesn't matter) << when you dose rats, 1/100th the size of a typical human with 100 times the dose of a human, one can expect all kinds of nutty results. Many experimental drugs cause tumors in rats; the main goal is to see if they are benign or malignant.
3. The company and FDA (a few) claim it is no threat to humans AND how the hell did they find out? << almost every drug carries risk. side effects, etc. the goal is to find out whether or not the drug candidate is actually a real danger when used normally.
4. All the above factors are not acceptable even for an anticancer drug, forget about chronically dosed weight loss drug. << with all due respect, you need to get better educated on the FDA process. As I have stated here and prior. I am personally against these weight loss drugs for other reasons mentioned. The science however, does indicate to me that they should receive approval, as I have to gauge the FDA process and business only here as a stock writer first on this site. Have a nice day!

Remember, this guy sold at the 2.80 range and missed a run to 3.45. Again, be happy "James" made this call. He is a rather documented losing stock picker.
