MOS will not agree to such a low takeover. End of story. And you don't value a company like MOS based on earnings for 2009. Any reasonable analyst would use projections for the next 5 years or so. If agriculture is supposedly going to be in such demand, MOS holds all the cards and won't fold.

Nice article but it really needs to focus on future growth and forecasted PE. Doesn't really matter what happened last year or the last 5 years if growth is declining. Its all about the future!
