    Not sure if thats really true. Think the author's point was that with the high level of debt CHK might be more willing to deal. A buyer with a strong balance sheet might be able to get a better price that way. Don't see CHK selling out though. Any sell would likely be a take under as CHK would only let go if they were forced. The current stock price doesn't reflect the assets in the ground so why would they sell.
