Following more than 30 years as a Wall Street analyst, I now have a private practice in Tucson, Arizona as a teacher and consultant to individual investors.

I created the Company Stock Risk Profile™, which is an organized, objective and disciplined investment research tool based on comprehensive fundamental analysis. I also created the Company Stock Risk Profile Fast Track™ to quickly screen for stock ideas.

I write a monthly column on investing for “Inside Tucson Business”.

I have worked at some of the nation’s leading financial institutions including Neuberger Berman (New York), one of Wall Street’s oldest and most respected asset managers, where I was a senior securities analyst, RepublicBank Dallas where I followed overseas economies, and Virginia National Bank, where I created the research department and served as Director of Research. I was also a partner at Branche Research Group where I researched insurance equities and consulted to institutional investors.

I am a Chartered Financial Analyst and licensed in the state of Arizona as an Investment Advisor.
