Briefly: (1) Leading position in its markets, with attractive growth opportunities in essentially untapped markets such as China and India. (2) Strong cash flow estimated to total $22 billion over the next 3 years. (3) $13 billion share repurchase program to be completed over the next 2 years. (4) Long-term earnings growth of 10%-12%, which I think makes a 16.6x P/E and 3.5% yield attractive.
