    • J*H*M: Good direction for Nissan. I hope to see a more evolved EV market in 3 years.

    • DSC214: $NSANY has a larger market, but $TSLA will have a niche market for those that want its styling and acceleration.

    • Tales From The Future: Nissan will take away marketshare on the high-end with the Infiniti EV and mainstream with Nissan-Renault. It's set to remain the EV leader!

    • DSC214: I love Nissan and Infiniti. My family has owned even Datsun 240Z. But compared to $TSLA the Nissan and Infiniti styling is BORING!

    • DSC214: I'd like to see an Infiniti vehicle look like a stretched 240Z or a 4 door Jaguar, Porsche Panamera. People will pay the premium for looks.

    • Tales From The Future: Cars can sell well if the design is boring, e.g. Prius, many hate that design. My point was that Nissan-R. is set to remain leader in EVs.

    • Energysystems: The Leaf is a boring design, but is selling very well.

    • DSC214: At least the Leaf looks different from anything else

    • J*H*M: The question for any new EV should be whether it can steal market share from conventional gas cars.

    • CleanEnergyNow: Also watch out $TSLA when fuel cell EVs hit the road (very soon), just as sexy, no charging time required, long distances are no problem

    • Sellinpanic: I don't think that Nissan will steel anything from TSLA, on the contrary, people will be more aware of EVs, exactly how Elon visioned it.
      May 9, 9:04 AM
    • Tales From The Future: @sellinpanic. But people will start do the math: When Nissan/Infinit and BMW sell XYZ EVs/year with market cap A TSLA can't have mkt. cap B.

    • Sellinpanic: TFTF, that is for the future buyers to decide, on each passing day TSLA grows their business into those market caps.
