Tech Phoenix (a pseudonym) was an entrepreneur, he founded a multi-location environmental testing laboratories in California and later a securities broker-dealer firm with internet trading of stocks and mutual funds. Both businesses were very successful and later acquired. He has been a stock investor for 15 years and he prefers to own a handful of well researched stocks than over-diversification. He believes that since SEC regulation FD has been in full force and US corporations are held accountable for unfair disclosure therefore, Wall Street analysts have out-lived their usefulness and all investors should take their words with a bag of salt.
