Terry Schumacher performs acquisition services for buyers of businesses that are primarily in the building products industry. This activity involves doing research and identifying potential acquisition opportunities for private equity firms, strategic buyers, and individuals. He focuses particular attention on finding acquisition opportunities before a business is formally offered for sale in order to possibly avoid a bidding contest with other buyers.

Mr. Schumacher was previously the CFO of Jewett-Cameron Trading Company. Before that he was Vice President – Senior Research Analyst at Wells Fargo Securities. He has an MBA from Columbia University, and his undergraduate degree is from the University of Washington.
