    Charliebears - Mr. Talbot is saying that UEX Corp. is looking attractive to larger companies that might want to buy it. One way that larger uranium companies add value is by acquiring smaller, promising companies. He is speculating that, if UEX were to be bought out, Cameco would likely be the one to do it.
