    Well many states bordering Canada have very high taxes as well - Michigan, Washington, etc. I like PM international - I think Altria, Lorillard, Reynolds are overvalued.

    Well, growth rate decelerating and the company is huge with market share over 50% in key markets - its not goning to trade with anywhere near PEG of 2 - dividiend is nominal at best.
