  • Avoid Adobe, Margin Concerns Outweigh Creative Cloud Catalyst [View article]
Yep. We were wrong, as we admit. ADBE outperformed, but at some point, the lack of profit growth will catch up to them. We rate a Hold now, so we would agree that you hold onto it.

Not a div expert, but they still produce a lot of cash/cash flow so its not a big concern. Rising costs at some point could eat into its ability to grow much, but its not something we've studied.

Obv Angola is a development, but its known and considered...thus already priced into the stock. We are interested in the catalysts that will develop and significantly impact share price.

It provides a margin, but it is below current levels from my readings. Correct me if wrong.

Yeah I mean we are growth investors that want to invest in growth:value situations, so its not appealing. For others with dividend and low growth interest, it would likely be more.

Pumping is when a person uses their influence to get a small-cap company to rise when they have a vested interest. Problems with that assessment:

    1. Our influence is tiny and has little impact on share price.
    2. We have no shares as reported above.
    3. NFLX is not a small-cap and does not move on articles/pumping.

    So, your assessment seems invalid.

The only companies that are "growing" are often ones that are growing both revenue and SG&A that hurts earnings. They believe in products and thus investing in staff, offices, etc. As those costs work down, their earnings will sky rocket.

Not sure this is much different than at any other time.

I have zero positions. It's illegal for non-registered individuals to recommend stocks that they also own without full disclosure.
