I started The Oxen Group at 19 and have worked on it ever since. Just because I didn't work at some "prominent" firm doesn't mean I don't know what I'm doing.

Ya I don't quite understand diversifying BDCs. Any help is appreciated. Do you mean getting BDCs that are mostly invested in different assets or different industries? or something different entirely?

Hasn't there always been that competition? Don't think many bulls believe JCP has some amazing economic moat...most see its deep value as the attraction.

Margins and liquidity is what matters right now, and inventory is a part of that. They need to fix it in the next quarter, and it needs to see positive momentum. Enough was done this quarter though.

Shorting the stock is amuch better way to make money if you are also in credit swaps. Keeps price down making it harder to do any equity raises and squeeze.

The clearance is always filled with private label...that's the JCP biz...mark up then put things on clearance and clear them out. Fundamental Ullman pricing strategy.

I also think when they finally get to normalcy the move will have happened. There is lots of risk, and I think we have done a good job of discussing it consistently.

Yeah I mean that's really what's important is that they will be raising money in 2015 when the stock is between 10-20, so it doesn't sting as much.

It does not but it appears what they are saying is that we will be FCF positive if we can do what we hope to do this year. If we don't completely turn it around, the stock will have rebounded and credibility will be restored...thus can execute some debt/equity offering.
