very intriguing opportunity. its a bit of a tough pill to swallow that this stock will catapult to $50 or that $4/share is "conservative" when its never been there before. and if you don't think interest rates will creep higher in the US, that can't mean good things for their investment returns.
Revenue for the company has spiked tremendously over the last 2 years ... but how long before someone else enters the market. they can't remain the lone bond insurer forever.
