I'm a person, that can remember dates, time, and events, that happened years ago. I can remember back when I was maybe, one and half years old. It was difficult in my early years, remembering everything, until I was nine years old. I made the decision, to remember things, that will be important to me, so I could feel normal. July 21, 1981, when I started my life journey, with a big brain, sharing wisdom with people I could serve. Through my journey, I made many discoveries; and one was, I'm a "Spirit Medium".

40 years investing, my strength is technical analysis, though I am a believer that fundamentals also play a vital role in the stocks you pick and follow. I was a tech stock trader in the late 90's and early 2000's, I also trade options when I feel the timing is right. My portfolio is now leaning toward energy and some dividend paying stocks. V, DIS HD , AAPL, T. Focus is on Oil and REits at the moment . I own a long term position in AAPL, O, OHI, HCP, MO, GILD, JPM, DIS, Main, BACPRA, AGNCB, FB, , T, OKE, WMB, ETE and actively trade their options when I see a potential positive reason. I trade daily market movers, usually off dips and breakouts. Trading frequency is daily to monthly. Holding core positions in my mind is key as long as fundamentals are staying as expected.I focus on market leaders in sector that outperform the market, Buy Preferred stocks and dividend stocks in specific sectors using IBD and other sources Including SeekingAlpha.com and Finviz.com, Yahoo Finance and Fidelity.com.
