    Am I missing something, why does Google Finance list $GZT as yielding 10-13%? Isn't it in the same business as $O ??

    • Minutemen: Not sure where you're getting a yield of 10-13%. Google Finance and Dividend.com both list the annual yield at 3.66% (0.48 cents/share).

    • TheBaron Investing: It says it paid a 0.43 cent dividend, and a 0.40 and 0.10... If that were true and the dividend held up another quarter... ~10% right?

    • Minutemen: Actually you are correct. All of the financial sites have annual yield at about 3.5% or so, but if you do the math based on quarterly...
