They completed a $10 million share offering 4th quarter that's not included on the Yahoo Q3 summary. The Q3 balance sheet does show assets of 21,632,000 as of 9/30/10. This impressive figure should rise on the 4th quarter report.
4th Quarter financials should be released in the next 30 days.
Overall, factoring in cash on hand, recent grants, upfront payments and Bioquant revenue, the company is in a strong financial position going forward.

Actually the ex-US market for Vitaros, according to the CEO, is $2B+ annually.
Any small cap biotech has the statement of ongoing concern attached to their filings as a permanent reminder.
They are in talks for over 22 partnerships, 3 of which happened in the past 2 months with multiple grants awarded as well. Not sure how much more you'd expect from a growing small cap.
This is the reason they are not a well-developed company just yet.

Thank you for the warm feedback. Seems like some heavy accumulation is going on over the last few months, all it needs is one strong catalyst to propel the stock on a breakout of the pattern.
